Ethiraj is a data and AI systems builder. Permica started when clients working in the energy and permitting space came to him with a problem they couldn't solve with existing tools — they needed a way to systematically analyze regulatory risk before submission, not discover it after the agency came back. He saw a clear technical path to fill that gap and built the platform to do it.

He leads Permica's product strategy, platform architecture, and intelligence pipeline. The regulatory depth comes from the advisory team he assembled — practitioners who have worked the permitting process from the inside. His role is building the technical infrastructure that applies that expertise at scale.
